B12 is key vitamin in keeping us mentally sharp as we age, scientists confirm"

Another excellent news item from the 'What Doctors Dont Tell You' Team

Scientists have this week confirmed (Sept 2011) that B12 is the vital vitamin we all need if we are going to stay mentally sharp into old age.
Low levels of the vitamin in the blood can lead to brain shrinkage and cause cognitive problems, such as memory loss and slower thinking, say researchers from the Rush University Medical Center.
They made the discovery when they analysed blood samples of 121 elderly residents in Chicago.  They found that those with the lowest levels of the vitamin in their blood also had brain shrinkage and other damage, according to MRI scans.
You can increase your B12 levels by taking a supplement daily, or regularly eating fish, meat – especially liver – milk, eggs and poultry.

This is a Carrier Oil extracted from the seeds and do not confuse it with the cheaper macerated "carrot oil" made when people infuse the carrot material in a base oil natural essential oils at wholesale price from big Manufacturer of Essential Oils
